Risotto Recipe
Risotto is an irresistible mouth-watering recipe. An easy to prepare recipe, Risotto is a dish that you would surely love to try.
Ingredients
2 Tbs. Oil
2 Tbs. Butter
1 Small Onion, chopped fine
1/2 Cup Mushrooms, chopped
1 Small Can Tomato Sauce
1 Cup Rice, washed
2 1/2 Cups Chicken Bouillon
1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Pepper
1/4 Tsp. Nutmeg
Directions
Saute onions and mushrooms in butter and oil until clear, not brown.
Add tomato sauce, cook 2 minutes, stirring often.
Add rice, cook 2 to 3 minutes, until rice begins to get reddish in color.
Add 1 cup bouillon and cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly, or rice will stick.
Add salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Add remainder of bouillon and cook 2 minutes.
Place in a lightly greased casserole dish.
Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Uncover, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake uncovered for 10 more minutes.
