Risotto Recipe
This Risotto recipe is by a long shot my most preferred recipe. The Risotto is made with Rice which is easy to find at any grocery store. Italian Risotto is served as a tasty Main Dish. If you love this Risotto recipe, do share it with your friends.
Ingredients
11/2 teacups uncooked rice
1 onion
10 to 12 french beans
1 carrot
8 tablespoons tomato puree
1 teaspoon sugar
100 grams (4 oz.) grated cooking cheese
2 tablespoons ghee, salt to taste
Directions
1. Chop the onion finely.
2. Cut the other vegetables into small cubes.
3. Heat the ghee in a vessel and fry the onions.
4. Add the rice and vegetables and cook for 3 minutes.
5. Add 1 teacup of water, the tomato puree, sugar and salt and cook further for about 30 minutes.
6. When the rice is almost cooked, add half the cheese. Cover and cook for a few minutes, sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top. Serve hot.
