Ingredients

 1/2 lb Italian sausage, casing removed
 Onion1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Cold water1 2/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Oregano leaves1/2 Teaspoon, crushed
 1 2/3 cups Premium Long Grain Rice
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Shredded cheese1 Cup (16 tbs), pasteurized

Directions

Brown sausage; drain.
Add onions; cook until tender.
Stir in water and oregano; bring to full boil.
Stir in rice and parsley.
Cover; remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes; fluff with fork.
Stir in process cheese food until melted.
