Risotto with Sausage Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 lb Italian sausage, casing removed | ||
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Cold water | 1 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Oregano leaves | 1/2 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| 1 2/3 cups Premium Long Grain Rice | ||
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Shredded cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), pasteurized | |
Directions
Brown sausage; drain.
Add onions; cook until tender.
Stir in water and oregano; bring to full boil.
Stir in rice and parsley.
Cover; remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes; fluff with fork.
Stir in process cheese food until melted.
