 Ripe firm tomatoes7 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 cup onions, cut fine
 3 cup celery, cut finer
 Canning salt1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 cup green pepper, cut fine
 Sugar4 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Vinegar2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Mustard seed4 Teaspoon

Directions

Peel tomatoes and cut fine.
Combine tomatoes, onions, celery, and salt.
Let stand for several hours.
Stir with hands every hour or so.
Drain well, stirring while draining.
Add green pepper.
Mix sugar and vinegar well before adding along with mustard seed.
Keep in refrigerator unsealed.
Keeps indefinitely.
Very good used with meat, hamburgers or whatever.
