Ingredients

 
2 pounds fresh pork sausages
 
1 teaspoon salt
 
2 cans kidney beans
 
1 can whole kernel com with peppers
 
1 can tomato sauce
 
1 can tomato paste
 
1 cup water
 
1 medium size onion, chopped
 
2 teaspoons chili powder
 
1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips

Directions

Separate pork sausages in small pieces; brown in Dutch oven.
Pour off drippings; salt meat.
Add kidney beans, corn, tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, onion and chili powder; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover and cook slowly 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle tortilla chips over top before serving.
