Rio Grande Salsa with Tortilla Chips Recipe
Ingredients
| Tomatoes - 3 small, peeled, seeded, and chopped | ||
| Green pepper - 1 small, seeded and chopped | ||
| Purple onion - 1 small, chopped | ||
| Jalapeno pepper - 1 medium, seeded and chopped | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Cilantro | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Red wine vinegar | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Plain tortilla chips - 48 | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a bowl or a container, combine tomatoes, green pepper, onion, jalapeno pepper, garlic, chopped cilantro, red wine vinegar, and salt in a medium bowl, stirring until well blended.
2. Cover and chill thoroughly.
SERVING
3. Serve salsa with tortilla chips.
