 Tomatoes - 3 small, peeled, seeded, and chopped
 Green pepper - 1 small, seeded and chopped
 Purple onion - 1 small, chopped
 Jalapeno pepper - 1 medium, seeded and chopped
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced
 Cilantro1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Red wine vinegar1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Salt1/8 Teaspoon
 Plain tortilla chips - 48

Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl or a container, combine tomatoes, green pepper, onion, jalapeno pepper, garlic, chopped cilantro, red wine vinegar, and salt in a medium bowl, stirring until well blended.
2. Cover and chill thoroughly.

SERVING
3. Serve salsa with tortilla chips.
