 Gelatine envelope1
 Tomato soup1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

 Boiled vegetables1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Cucumber2
 Lettuce, 1 head
 Mayonnaise
 Salt, pepper, sugar to taste

Directions

Soak gelatine in tomato soup and leave for ten minutes.
Place on low heat to dissolve.
Remove from heat; when cool, add milk, salt, pepper and sugar.
Pour this in ring mould and allow to set in the refrigerator.
Mix three tablespoons mayonnaise with boiled vegetables.
Wash lettuce and chop finely; add salt and pepper.
Scrape cucumber and slice; add salt and pepper.
Unmould salad on a plate; spread lettuce around; place cucumber in an overlapping manner on lettuce.
Pill centre with vegetable mixture.
Keep in refrigerator till time to serve.
