Ingredients

 1 lb. patna rice
 Salt2 Teaspoon
 Butter for finishing
 Boiling water3 Pint
 Lemon1/2

Directions

Boil 3 pints of water and 2 teaspoons salt in a large pot; add 1 lb. of rice, stir with a wooden spoon and continue cooking uncovered for 10 to 15 minutes or until just tender.
Strain and rinse in cold water.
Grease a ring mould.
Fill the mould.
Place in the refrigerator.
To serve, sprinkle the rice with the juice of 1/2 lemon, and a few bits of butter.
Place in a slow oven 310CF, Reg 2 until thoroughly heated.
Turn the mould on to a serving plate and fill the centre with the lobster mixture.
