Ricotta Sundae Recipe
Ingredients
| Banana | 1 Small | |
| Lemon juice | ||
| Ricotta cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Wheat germ | 1 Teaspoon, toasted | |
| 1 teaspoon miller's bran | ||
| Dash ground cinnamon | ||
| 1/4 cup halved and seeded red or green grapes | ||
| Raspberry strawberry | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Pecans | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Whole strawberry | 1 , halved | |
| 1 small bunch red grapes (optional) | ||
Directions
Peel and cut banana in half lengthwise; brush with lemon juice.
Place in banana split dish or small, shallow dessert dish.
In a bowl combine ricotta, wheat germ, miller's bran, and cinnamon; stir in the halved grapes.
Using an ice cream scoop, form mixture into one scoop.
Place ricotta mixture in the center of the banana strips.
Drizzle desired yogurt over all; top with pecans.
If desired, garnish with a halved strawberry and grapes.
