Ricotta Filling Recipe
Ingredients
| Ricotta cheese | 1 Carton (1l) | |
| 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons powdered sugar | ||
| Citron | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs), finley diced | |
| 1 cup grated sweet chocolate | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a large strainer drain ricotta to discard excess liquid.
2) Keep in small bowl and mix powdered sugar.
3) Press the ricotta mixture through a wire strainer to discard the lumps.
4) Add gently citron and chocolate.
5) Keep in refrigerator and chill for several hours.
SERVING
6) Serve filled in cannoli shells.
