Ricotta Cheese Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 lb. fat-free ricotta cheese | ||
| 2 tsp frozen lowfat nondairy whipped topping | ||
| Triple sec | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 tsp aspartame sweetener | ||
| 2 oz. diabetic chocolate candy bar, coarsely chopped | ||
| 1/4 cup Not-Too-Sweet Chocolate Sauce | ||
Directions
Process the ricotta in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Add the whipped topping, Triple Sec, and aspartame.
Blend again.
Transfer to a mixing bowl.
Fold in the chocolate.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate it for one hour before serving.
