Ricotta Cheese Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
1 lb. fat-free ricotta cheese
2 tsp frozen lowfat nondairy whipped topping
2 tsp Triple Sec
1 tsp aspartame sweetener
2 oz. diabetic chocolate candy bar, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup Not-Too-Sweet Chocolate Sauce
Directions
Process the ricotta in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Add the whipped topping, Triple Sec, and aspartame.
Blend again.
Transfer to a mixing bowl.
Fold in the chocolate.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate it for one hour before serving.
