Roll out, cut in 21/2 inch rounds, and bake following the directions given for Individual Shortcakes.
Split shortcakes; butter bottom layers.
Fill and top with 4 cups sugared, sliced peaches and 1 cup heavy cream, whipped.
Serve warm.
