Heat oven to 450°.
Mix 2 cups buttermilk baking mix and 2/3 cup light cream (20%) until soft dough forms.
Gently smooth dough into a ball on floured cloth covered board.
Knead 5 times; roll 1/2 inch thick.
Cut with floured 2 inch cutter.
Bake on un greased baking sheet 8 to 10 minutes.
