Rich Fudge Frosting Recipe
This Rich Fudge Frosting recipe will entice any eater fussy or easy. It is served as a delicious Dessert. In my estimation, if one is a chef, one needs to have a personal recipe of Rich Fudge Frosting, just like I do.
Ingredients
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup water
1 package 10X (confectioners' powdered) sugar, sifted
Dash salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Melt butter or margarine with cocoa in a large saucepan over low heat, stirring often, until mixture is smooth; remove from heat.
Beat in 10X sugar, salt and vanilla until smooth with electric mixer at high speed.
