Rich Cocoa Glaze Recipe
Ingredients
| Powdered sugar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Unsweetened cocoa | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Whipping cream | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup butter, cut up | ||
Directions
Sift sugar with cocoa into heavy saucepan.
Stir in cream.
Over low heat, stir until smooth.
Add butter, stirring occasionally until smooth and slightly thickened.
(Too much stirring causes bubbles in the glaze.) Cool until thick enough to pour over top of cake.
