Rich Chocolate Fudge Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 4 Tablespoon, softened | |
| Egg yolks | 2 | |
| Scant 1 cup (100 g) powdered sugar, sifted | ||
| Grated peel of 1/2 orange | ||
| Semi-sweet chocolate | 12 Ounce | |
| Black tea | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), cooled | |
| Scant 1/2 cup (50 g) instant chocolate drink powder, sifted | ||
Directions
Line a 7-inch (18-cm) square pan with foil or waxed paper.
In a medium bowl, beat butter, egg yolks and powdered sugar until pale and creamy.
Stir in orange peel.
Melt chocolate in a double boiler over low heat.
Stir cooled tea and melted chocolate into butter mixture; pour into prepared pan.
Refrigerate until firm.
When firm, cut fudge into 1-inch (2.5-cm) squares; dip in chocolate powder.
