Ingredients

 
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
 
1/3 cup measures-like-sugar saccharin
 
1/2 cup nonfat buttermilk
 
1 tsp vanilla extract
 
1 tsp measures-like sugar aspartame

Directions

Combine cocoa and saccharin in a saucepan and whisk in a small amount of buttermilk.
Slowly whisk in the remaining buttermilk.
Heat over medium heat, whisking constandy.
Bring to a boil.
Boil for 2 minutes, stirring constandy.
When it is thick, remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and aspartame.
