| Grand marnier | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 1 cake roll chocolate chip spongecake | ||
| 2 cups orange butter cream | ||
| Orange | 1 , thinly sliced | |
| 2 cups orange sauce | ||
Directions
In a mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
Add bananas.
Beat at moderate speed.
Fold in peel, chocolate and Grand Marnier.
Unroll cold cake.
Evenly spread with mixture.
Gently roll again.
Cover with orange butter cream.
Decorate top with orange slices.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
