Ingredients

 2 large frozen lobster tails
 Onion2/3 Cup (16 tbs), minced
 1 large clove garlic, minced
 Olive oil1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Tomato puree2 Can (10oz)
 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves, or 1 teaspoon dried basil
 1 tablespoon mild honey
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Hot cooked rice4 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Boil lobster tails according to package directions.
Cool.
Remove meat from shells and cut into chunks; set aside.
Saute onion and garlic in olive oil 5 minutes.
Stir in tomato puree, basil, honey, salt, and pepper.
Simmer sauce, covered, 45 minutes.
If sauce becomes too thick while it is cooking, stir in 1/2 cup water.
Combine lobster with rice, pour hot sauce over rice, and serve.
