Rice Stuffing Recipe
Ingredients
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Soft bread crumbs | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1 | |
| Fat | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Rice | 4 Cup (16 tbs), boiled | |
| Sausage meat | 1/2 pound | |
| Sage | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Thyme | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon |
Directions
MAKING
1.In a bowl, pour milk over crumbs
2.In a saucepan, cook onion in fat until brown
3.Then add rice, soaked crumbs, sausage and seasonings
SERVING
4.Serve with bacon, mushroom, or lamb
