Tomato Rice Salad Recipe
Rice Salad has a Delicious taste. The Lemon juice and yoghurt gives the Rice Salad Miraculous taste.
Ingredients
| Bananas | 2 , sliced | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 8 ounces long-grain rice, cooked according to package directions, chilled | ||
| Tomatoes | 4 Small, cut into wedges | |
| 1/2 cup drained canned mandarin orange sections | ||
| 1/2 cup cold cooked or canned corn | ||
| 4 ounces cold cooked shrimp | ||
| Mint leaves | 1/2 Teaspoon, dried | |
| Plain yogurt | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Salad Dressing) | |
| Mayonnaise | 2 Tablespoon (Salad Dressing) | |
| Orange juice | 1 Tablespoon (Salad Dressing) | |
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon (Salad Dressing) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon (Salad Dressing) | |
Directions
Sprinkle bananas with lemon juice.
Place rice in serving bowl.
Arrange rows of tomatoes, bananas, oranges, corn, and shrimp in starlike pattern on top.
Sprinkle with mint.
Combine dressing ingredients; pour over rice.
