Homemade rice pudding is one of the most common desserts in the Asian house holds, but the cooking style and ingredients differ a little. Check out this video to see how it is made in Arabic style, simple, quick and ambrosial.

The rice pudding looks delicious. There is a similar dessert made in the Indian cuisine too called the "Kheer" referred to as "Payasam" in South India. Rice cooked with milk and sugar and garnished with nuts, raisins and powdered cardamom(or cardamom extract) is simply lovely. After seeing your video just can't wait to have it.
