Rice Pilau for Korma Recipe

| Warm water | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
| Light raisins | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Dates | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Blanched almonds | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
| Pistachio nuts | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) |

Directions
Add rice, and stir over low heat 5 minutes or until golden.
Add salt, saffron and sufficient water to cover rice by 2 inches.
Cover tightly, and steam over heat about 25 minutes or until rice is tender and water is absorbed.
Stir in raisins, dates and nuts.
