Rice Padding Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 pkg. real egg custard | ||
| Milk | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Instant rice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 c white raisins | ||
| Nutmeg to taste | ||
Directions
Combine custard mix and milk in a 1-quart baking dish.
Stir to dissolve.
Add rice and raisins; sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake as directed on package.
Serve hot or cold.
