Rice Dhokla Recipe

Ingredients
Rice, soaked for 4 hours 2 cups
Millet flour 1 cup
Green chilies 4-5
Ginger 2 inch piece
Chopped mixed vegetables 3 cups
Pour yogurt 1 cups
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for greasing pan
Chopped coriander 1 tbsp
Grated coconut 1 tbsp
Directions
Grind the soaked rice to a coarse paste.
Add the ginger and green chilies and grind once more.
Mix in the millet flour in small quantifies at a time along with the sour yogurt and turmeric powder and blend well, adding water if necessary.
Add the chopped mixed vegetables and salt and mix well.
The batter should be of dropping consistency like idli batter.
Grease a pan and steam the batter for 15-20 minutes as you do for idlis.
Cut into square or rectangular dhoklas, as you please.
Transfer to a serving plate, garnish with.
The chopped coriander and serve hot with| a mint or any other green chutney.
