Rice Croquettes Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups cooked brown rice, millet, or buckwheat
1/2 cup leftover cooked cereal
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
3 tablespoons unrefined safflower oil for frying
Directions
Mix rice, cereal, and salt and form into patties.
Dip in beaten egg and then whole wheat flour.
Fry in hot oil in skillet until crisp on the bottom.
Turn and fry on the other side.
Serve with tamari.
