Rice-Cracked Wheat Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
1/2 cup uncooked regular rice
1/2 cup uncooked cracked wheat (bulgur)
2 medium stalks celery, sliced (about 1 cup)
1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon curry pou'der
2 tablespoons margarine or butter
1 can (11 ounces) mandarin orange segments, drained (reseive liquid)
1 tablespoon instant beef bouillon
1/4 cup snipped parsley
Directions
Cook and stir rice, cracked wheat, celery, onion and currv powder in margarine in 10-inch skillet until onion and celery are crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.
Turn into ungreased 1 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Add enough boiling water to orange liquid to measure 2 1/4 cups; pour over rice mixture.
Stir in bouillon.
Cover and cook in 350° oven until grains are tender and liquid is absorbed, 25 to 30 minutes.
Carefully stir in orange segments and parsley.
