Rice Chantilly Recipe
Ingredients
3 cups cooked rice
3/4 cup (3 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
1/2 cup commercial sour cream
3 dashes of red pepper
Directions
Combine cooked rice, 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, sour cream, and red pepper, mix well.
Spoon mixture into a lightly greased l 1/2-quart casserole.
Cover and bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Sprinkle top with remaining 1/4 cup cheese, and bake, uncovered, an additional 5 minutes.
