Rice Cake Recipe

| 1 Pkg. Frozen Spinach, cooked | ||
| Milk | 1 Cup(16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 6 | |
| Olive oil | 1/4 Cup(16 tbs) | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/4 Cup(16 tbs) | |
| Italian seasoning | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | ||
Directions
Add milk to cooked rice; mix.
Add cooked and drained spinach, beaten eggs, Parmesan cheese, olive oil and the rest of the seasonings.
Mix.
Pour into a 13" x 9" pan and bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
Cut into serving pieces when ready to serve.
Can be served hot or cold.
