 Cooked rice2 Cup(16 tbs)
 1 Pkg. Frozen Spinach, cooked
 Milk1 Cup(16 tbs)
 Eggs6
 Olive oil1/4 Cup(16 tbs)
 Parmesan cheese 1/4 Cup(16 tbs)
 Italian seasoning1 Teaspoon
 Garlic salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper

Directions

Add milk to cooked rice; mix.
Add cooked and drained spinach, beaten eggs, Parmesan cheese, olive oil and the rest of the seasonings.
Mix.
Pour into a 13" x 9" pan and bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
Cut into serving pieces when ready to serve.
Can be served hot or cold.
