Directions

Medium-high heat the saucepan.
1. Add rice, olive oil, water and saffron to the pan.
2. Stir, bring them to soft boil.
3. Stir, cover the pan.
4. Set heat to low.
5. Cook for 20 minutes.
5. Fluff with a fork.
