Rice With Snow Peas And Red Pepper Recipe
Ingredients
| Chicken stock | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |

| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| 1 cup long-grain white rice | ||
| Snow peas | 2 Cup (16 tbs), cut into pieces | |
| Red bell pepper | 1 , diced | |
| Green onions | 3 , chopped | |
| Toasted sesame oil | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
1. In a medium saucepan, combine stock, soya sauce, ginger and garlic; bring to a boil. Stir in rice; reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is just tender.
2. Add snow peas, red pepper and green onions. Cook, covered, for 5 minutes more or until vegetables are tender-crisp. Stir in sesame oil, if using.
