Rice With Fruit Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup (125 ml) milk
2 cups (500 ml) brown rice, cooked
1 apple, diced
2 tbsp (30 ml) brown sugar
Pinch of cinnamon
1 tsp (5 ml) honey
Fresh fruit (optional)
Directions
– In a saucepan, heat milk without letting it come to a boil. Add other ingredients and stir. Garnish with fresh fruit and serve.
