Rice Waffles Recipe
Ingredients
| Rice flour | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Goat's milk - 2 cups | ||
| Corn Free Baking Powder - 4 teaspoons | ||
| Sea salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 Small, separated | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Into a bowl, mix the rice flour, milk, sea salt and oil
2) Mix together the egg yolks and oil using a fork
3) Add to the rice flour mixture
4) Using the electric beater beat the egg whites till stiff
5) Fold the egg whites into the batter
6) Onto a hot greased skillet, drop spoonfuls of the batter
7) Fry till the bottom side is fried evenly
8) Flip to brown the other side
SERVING
9) Serve the pancakes warm with maple syrup and honey
