Rice Supper Dish Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Cooked rice | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 4 to 5 smokie breakfast sausage links, sliced | ||
| Tomatoes | 2 Medium | |
Directions
1. Combine butter, onion and celery in 2-quart glass casserole.
2. Microwave on ROAST for 4 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are partly cooked. Stir in rice and sausage. Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap.
