Ingredients

 Rice2 Ounce

 Butter1 Ounce (The liver of the chicken)
 Thyme Sprig1 (The liver of the chicken)
 Egg1 (The liver of the chicken)
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Boil the rice till just tender.
Chop the liver and the onion.
Mix all the ingredients, mashing the butter into the mixture with a fork.
Season and bind well.
Use also for meat, fish or vegetables.
