Ingredients

 Mushrooms225 Gram, chopped
 Butter50 Gram
 Streaky bacon150 Gram, chopped
 Lean pork150 Gram, chopped
 Liver from the turkey
 OR 100g (4 oz) chicken livers
 5 anchovy fillets
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm)
 1 small can of pate de foie
 Rind of 1 lemon, finely chopped
 Parsley10 Gram, chopped
 Pinch thyme
 Pinch marjoram
 Onion1 Large, chopped
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Saute the mushrooms in half of the butter.
Put the meats and onion with all of the other ingredients, through a coarse mincer or blender.
Melt the remaining butter and add it to the meat.
Use for stuffing to serve with your turkey.
