Rice stuffing Recipe
Ingredients
| Mushrooms | 225 Gram, chopped | |
| Butter | 50 Gram | |
| Streaky bacon | 150 Gram, chopped | |
| Lean pork | 150 Gram, chopped | |
| Liver from the turkey | ||
| OR 100g (4 oz) chicken livers | ||
| 5 anchovy fillets | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
| 1 small can of pate de foie | ||
| Rind of 1 lemon, finely chopped | ||
| Parsley | 10 Gram, chopped | |
| Pinch thyme | ||
| Pinch marjoram | ||
| Onion | 1 Large, chopped | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Saute the mushrooms in half of the butter.
Put the meats and onion with all of the other ingredients, through a coarse mincer or blender.
Melt the remaining butter and add it to the meat.
Use for stuffing to serve with your turkey.
