Ingredients

 Lemon juice4 Tablespoon
 Egg yolk1
 Sunflower oil3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cooked rice2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 red pepper, diced small
 Stalk celery1 , sliced
 16 cooked shrimp, cut in 3
 Asparagus1 Bunch (100gm)
 Cooked beans1/4 Pound
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Pinch sugar
 Dash paprika
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Place lemon juice, egg yolk, sugar, paprika, salt and pepper in small bowl.
Whisk together until well incorporated.
Incorporate oil in thin stream while whisking constantly.
Season very well.
Place remaining ingredients in large salad bowl.
Pour in dressing, season and toss well.
