Rice Salad With French Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
| Rice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 4 green shallots, finely chopped | ||
| Pepper red | 1 Medium, finely chopped | |
| 310 g can corn niblets, drained | ||
| Can | 450 Gram, drained | |
| Sultanas | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| FRENCH DRESSING | ||
| Oil | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 tablespoons white vinegar or lemon juice | ||
| Dry mustard | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
1.Add rice to large saucepan of boiling water, boil rapidly, uncovered, for about 12 minutes or until tender.
Drain rice, rinse under cold water, drain well.
Combine rice with remaining ingredients in large bowl, mix well.
2.French Dressing: Combine oil, vinegar, mustard and sugar in screw-top jar; shake well to combine ingredients.
Add dressing to rice mixture, mix well.
