Rice Salad Milano Recipe
This Rice Salad Milano is truly classy ! Rice seasoned with oregano leaves, cheese and zucchini makes a heavenly companion to my pasta dishes ! Just try this Rice Salad Milano with any other dish you find suitable and let me know if you like it !
Ingredients
3 cups hot cooked rice
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 small zucchini, julienned
1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Place rice in large bowl.
Combine oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, rosemary, oregano, and pepper in small jar with lid; shake well.
Pour over rice; toss lightly.
Cover; let cool.
