 Rice1 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked
 Mustard Dressing
 Sweet red pepper or green pepper-1 large, diced
 Cold cooked ha-1 1/2 cups, diced
 Cold cooked peas-1 cup
 Tomatoes2
 Parsley-chopped

Directions

MAKING
1. Cook rice and mix the warm rice with mustard dressing
2. Let it cool and add the pepper, ham, peas and tomatoes to the mix.
3. Sprinkle with parsley

SERVING
4. Serve hot
