Rice Pudding With Strawberry Topping Recipe
Ingredients
1 recipe "Quick Vanilla Rice Pudding," prepared
3 cup strawberries, washed and hulled
1 tsp granulated sugar replacement
mint leaves (optional)
Directions
Place strawberries and sugar replacement in a blender or food processor.
Process into a puree.
Spoon strawberry topping over rice pudding just before serving.
Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
