Korean Style Gluten-Free Pizza Recipe Video
Rice Pizza is a gluten free pizza. Here rice is used for the pizza crust. This rice pizza is topped with kimchi, pepperoni, spam and cheese but it could be topped with any other toppings of your choice. This is an easy way to have a gluten free pizza.

| Mozzarella cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Gochujang | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Ketchup | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sesame oil | 2 Drop | |
| Black pepper powder | 1 Pinch | |
| Sugar | 1⁄4 Teaspoon |
Directions
In a bowl mix all the sauce ingredients and keep aside.
Coat a shallow non-stick pan with oil. Make the crust with the cooked rice, pressing well with a spoon. Spread 2 tablespoon of the sauce, this is the same used for the Mandu Pizza, evevly over the rice. Arrange the Kimchi, pepperoni, spam and sprinkle with the cheese as desired.
Cover the pan and cook over a low heat for a few minutes. Increase the heat for a while, so that the rice forms a nice crisp, brown crust.
Remove on a plate, slice and serve.
