 Long grain rice1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Butter stick1
 3 cups chicken broth for fish or chicken accompaniment, or 3 cups consomme for beef roast or steak accompaniment
 3/4 cup chopped green onions
 Carrots3/4 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
 Parsley3/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Celery3/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Almonds3/4 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Cook rice in butter for 5 minutes.
Heat broth or consomme and add to rice.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and mix lightly 10 minutes before taking from oven.
Season to taste.
