Rice Pilaf Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup rice
1 tsp butter
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cup boiling water
Directions
Saute rice in butter over low heat in large saucepan.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover.
Simmer until water is absorbed.
Fluff with fork before serving.
