Simple Rice Pilaf Recipe
Ingredients
| Long grain rice | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked | |
| Chopped onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), frozen | |
| Butter/Margarine | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Chicken broth | 1 13 3/4 Ounce | |
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon |
Directions
In a 10-inch skillet cook rice and chopped onion in butter or margarine until rice is golden, stirring often.
Add chicken broth, water, and salt.
Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer till rice is tender, about 15 minutes.
Fluff up with a fork.
