Rice Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients
| Cooked rice | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 , Well beaten | |
| Almonds | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind | ||
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Combine rice, eggs, almonds, lemon rind and flour, blend lightly.
Drop by spoonfuls onto hot lightly greased griddle; cook on both sides until lightly browned.
