Ingredients

 1 & 1/2 cups raw brown rice, rinsed and drained
 1/2 cup whole wheat berries, rinsed and drained
 Pine nuts1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Water6 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1 Teaspoon

Directions

Put all the ingredients in a heavy kettle.
Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer gently for 1 hour.
Do not remove the cover during cooking.
