Rice Krispies Ice Cream Squares Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter square | 1 | |
| Coconut | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla Ice Cream | 1/2 Gallon | |
| Brown sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cashews | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 1 Ig. can Wilderness dessert cherries | ||
| 2 c. Rice Krispies | ||
| Almonds | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
Pat 1/2 mixture in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream.
Sprinkle other 1/2 of mixture on top.
Keep in freezer until ready to serve.
Cut in squares and top with Wilderness cherries or make 1 large Danish dessert with 1 large container of frozen strawberries mixed in.
