Rice Griddle Cakes Recipe
Ingredients
| Rice | 1 Cup (16 tbs), boiled | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Shortening | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |

| Egg | 1 | |
| Flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 teaspoons Royal Baking Powder | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Take a bowl and mix together the beaten egg, milk, rice, melted shortening and salt.
2) Sift the flour and salt together before adding them to the mixture.
3) Mix well by stirring.
4) Take a griddle and grease it lightly.
5) Heat the griddle and bake the mixture in it turning it only once during the process.
SERVING
6) Serve as required.
