Rice-Green Chili Casserole Recipe
I have to admit this recipe of Rice-green Chili Casserole is on my favorite list. The main ingredient in Rice-green Chili Casserole is Rice. If it is an impressive Main Dish that you require, then this dish is the answer. I am certain we both will agree that this Rice-green Chili Casserole is very scrumptious.
Ingredients
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained
2 cups sour cream
3 cups cooked white rice
8 ounces Monterey Jack Cheese, grated
Directions
Combine chiles and sour cream.
Place 1 cup cooked rice in bottom of 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Spoon a third of sour cream mixture over rice and top with one third of the cheese.
Do this two more times.
Cover and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer.
